Senior Chef Responsibilities:

As a Senior Chef at The Steamhouse DEPOT, you will play a key role in shaping our culinary excellence. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with the company Head of Food to design menus that are on brand and that our guests will love

• Lead the kitchen team for smooth daily operations.

• Foster positive communication between Back and Front of House teams.

• Ensure exceptional cooking standards and safe food presentation.

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to hygiene standards.

• Monitor and rotate stock to guarantee freshness.

• Communicate menu changes and uphold compliance with regulations.

• Regularly check and maintain kitchen equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
