We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial premises. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and possess previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning roles. Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are kept spotless and well-maintained
  • Restock consumables such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
  • Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or contamination

Skills

  • Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good organisational skills to manage daily tasks efficiently
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift light loads as required
  • Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
