What's the opportunity?
This is a permanent opportunity to join our Relationship Management team based in London and Manchester. As Relationship Director, you will lead the implementation of our business banking strategy, drive team performance, and manage a portfolio of business customers (£5m–£60m lending). Your work will directly influence growth, risk management, and customer experience across the bank.

Where You will Work
You will enjoy hybrid working, with 3 days in our London or Manchester office and 2 days from home.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Lead the delivery of business/corporate banking strategy to achieve growth and income targets.
  • Proactively manage and develop a portfolio of business customers (£5m–£60m lending).
  • Maximise new lending opportunities and drive product uptake with existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
  • Independently assess and prepare high-quality loan applications.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure the Bank remains competitive.
  • Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion a high-quality customer experience and continuous process improvement.

  • Sound understanding of risk, governance, AML, and KYC frameworks.
