Financial Reporting Manager

Outstanding opportunity for an ACA or ACCA 1st or 2nd time mover, practice trained finance professional to join the £75m t/o UK division of a £300m t/o Logistics Group that's on track to grow to £500m by 2028 through organic and acquisitive growth. As Finance Reporting Manager your remit will include:
- Reporting to the Head of Finance.
- Group Accounts Consolidation (3 UK subsidiaries).
- Group Financial reporting to the European Parent.
- Year-end Statutory Accounts.
- Cash flow forecasting and treasury management.
- Supporting the due diligence and integration of acquisitions.
- First point of contact for Auditors and Tax Advisers.
- First point of contact for Banks and Fund Providers.
- Finance team management and development.
- Ongoing development of financial processes to meet evolving business demands.
- VAT and Corporation Tax.
- Capex.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
- Fixed Assets.
Applicants must be fully Qualified, practice trained ACA or ACCA professionals, ideally from a top 10 firm, and a first or 2nd time mover into/in industry. As well as having the technical finance expertise required for the remit of this role, you will also have the gravitas and personality needed to forge strong relationships with multi-site management and stakeholders at all levels to board level. You will be ambitious with a hunger to add value/make a difference and capable of progressing and taking on more responsibility in time. A salary of £52-£58k (Depending on experience) is complimented with benefits including EV salary sacrifice scheme/car allowance, 5% pension, Healthcare, 25 days holidays (plus BHs), Healthcare, onsite parking and Hybrid working (4 days office: 1 day home). Applicants must also have full and indefinite eligibility to work in the UK (through being a UK citizen or having gained ILR) and should live within a sensible commute of Haydock.
