At Brook House in Fulham (our award-winning, 2 Rosette restaurant) and Brooke in Clapham (our vibrant, community-loved neighbourhood spot), we're building something exciting — and you could be part of it. With a brand-new venue launching soon in Fulham, we're looking for hard-working, ambitious Kitchen Porters / Kitchen Assistants who want more than just a job — they want a future in food.

What You'll Do:

  • Keep the kitchen clean and organised
  • Support chefs with basic prep and kitchen tasks
  • Handle deliveries, stock rotation, and equipment care
  • Learn by watching and doing — with a clear path to progress if you're hungry for it
