My name is Andy, I started this business and I have two priorities. The satisfaction of our amazing customers and your enjoyment of the job. These are the two goals we are constantly aiming for, and I would love to have you join the journey.

Invisible Window Cleaning will become Bristol's best Window Cleaning Company, and you might be a key piece of the puzzle.

This job is 4 days a week. Your choice of Tuesday or Thursday off.

Main responsibilities:

  • Treat every customer as a friend. It's more fun that way.
  • Treat every home as your own. Make them gleam.
  • Always clean all frames, panes, sills and doors. This is how we offer our 100% satisfaction Guarantee.
  • Always look for an extra bit to clean, some gutter downpipe or under sills. We stand out for a reason.
  • Look after the company van and equipment. The better the condition of it and the longer it lasts, the more I can pay you.
  • Share your wins and losses. We are a team, and this is how we grow.

What you'll be doing:

  • Cleaning a round of roughly 1100 (and growing), customers across South Bristol.
  • Occasional one off cleans.
  • Occasional Round building activities like flyering/ door knocking (Commission based).

How you can grow in the role:

  • Train on the Gutter Vaccuum and start gutter cleaning.
  • Become a wizzard at round building.
  • Train in administrative tasks.
  • Take on training of new team members.

Who you are:

  • Experienced window cleaner (no time requirements, I will check your technique).
  • OR, eager, fast learning, hungry wanna be window cleaner. This is a small business, and ideally we are looking for someone experienced, but for the right applicant I will train you.
  • Physically fit (it is a demanding job, especially if you have less experience)
  • Happy working independently/ as a two person team.
  • Driving License.
  • Friendly.
  • Enthusiastic.
  • Respectful of your team, equipment, customers and the wider world.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
