Reception Teacher

Location: St Anthony's Hill, Eastbourne

Hours: Flexible – short-term and day-to-day cover (term time)

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £120–£140 per day for short-term/day-to-day cover; paid to scale for long-term placements.

We're looking for a nurturing and adaptable Reception teacher to work across schools in the St Anthony's Hill area. If you thrive on creating a positive start to learning and enjoy variety in your teaching week, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, play-based lessons and ensure a safe, stimulating environment.
• Support early phonics and foundational learning.
• Leave clear feedback and uphold school routines.

Skills & Experience / What We're Looking For:

• QTS or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in EYFS.
• Warm, patient approach and strong classroom management.
