We are looking for...

Two Individuals who are passionate about caring for others and want to have a positive impact on the lives of members of their local community.

You may be a health care assistant who wants to spend more time with your clients, you could be a medical student who wants to improve your bedside manner or even a good neighbour who has enjoyed helping a loved one or friend to live as independently as possible.

This opportunity requires that you live locally to Kingsbridge or the surrounding areas, be a driver with access to your own car. It will begin with between 4 and 8 hours per week and grow with you to give you a flexible and personalised working week in your own micro-team in Kingsbridge.

The role:

Day to Day, you will likely be involved in:

  • Personal Care
  • Accompanying our clients on outings or appointments
  • Administering / assisting Clients with their Medication
  • Help with daily routines whilst helping clients maintain their independence
  • Liaising with the office regarding any concerns you or the client may have
  • Preparing meals
  • Basic household cleaning
  • Helping clients continue to do the hobbies they love
  • Engaging in conversations with our clients, talk about their lives, wishes and thoughts

Experience isn't necessary as we provide full training, but it is great if you do have some.

We are also recruiting in Plymstock, Plympton, Plymouth, Saltash, Torpoint, Yealmpton, Ivybridge, Modbury, Totnes, Newton Abbott, Torbay.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £13.70 per hour
