Headquartered in Reykjavík, Iceland, with a growing presence in the UK, Dohop is scaling rapidly through strategic partnerships and product innovation. Following a recent investment round led by Scottish Equity Partners (SEP), the business is entering an ambitious new phase of growth. Its culture blends Icelandic warmth and wellbeing with the drive of a high-growth tech company. Dohop is building a global business with local heart, and is looking for leaders who share its vision and appetite for impact. This role will involve frequent travel to Reykjavík.

As Dohop expands its global footprint and deepens its impact across the travel ecosystem, Dohop is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will serve as Dohop's financial steward and a trusted strategic partner to the CEO, leading all aspects of financial strategy, performance, and investor engagement, positioning the company for continued growth and a successful exit. This is a high-impact position for a seasoned finance leader who thrives in dynamic, scaling environments and understands the demands of venture capital and private equity-backed businesses.

We're looking for a battle-hardened executive, someone who's been through the trenches of fundraising, investor relations, and ideally at least one successful exit. Experience in high-growth tech startups is essential, while exposure to aviation, mobility, or platform-based business models would be a valuable advantage.
