We are seeking an experienced Toxicologist who will use their prior knowledge and experience to support the toxicology team in project activities. You will be educated to MSc level in Toxicology (or equivalent) and ideally have several years of experience in toxicological risk assessment

The main responsibilities of the role:-

  • Building toxicological knowledge & experience by supporting toxicology team and completing safety assessments & toxicological reports.
  • Developing business understanding and insight, along with pre-requisite personal skills
  • Support the toxicology team in all project activities
  • Collating and verifying the data set required to support toxicological risk assessment for customers.
  • Liaising with customers and with internal teams to ensure all required data are available to enable toxicological risk assessments to be completed
  • Providing superior customer service via email, telephone, meeting support
  • Managing allocated workload to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a suitable quality
  • Raw material entry
  • Technical data entry

Activities may change as needed to support the needs of the company. Training will be planned & reviewed on an annual basis & courses will be provided. The Staff Member will be expected to apply themselves fully to the courses in-order to ensure they develop as required by the company. The company will invest in training for the Staff Member & give them all the tools available to assist in their learning. Some out of office hours learning and practice maybe required.
