The Role

As a Restaurant Team Member, you'll be the face of Taco Bell, helping create great experiences for every customer. From preparing food to serving guests, you'll play a vital part in keeping the restaurant running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, fast, and efficient service to every guest.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food to Taco Bell brand and quality standards.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with your teammates to keep service running smoothly.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Operational Support: Support daily tasks including restocking, cleaning, and station setup.
• HSE: Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures to keep everyone safe.

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Passion for delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability, flexibility, and a strong team mindset.
• Previous hospitality or retail experience is helpful but not essential—full training provided.
