We're on the hunt for a
Trade Counter Sales Advisor
to join the team in our current branch.

Branch trading hours are typically 7:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday and every 2nd Saturday morning 8am-12pm. We welcome applications from candidates who want to consider working part-time or other flexible working options.

Key Responsibilities
This is a busy and varied role working with a great team.
You'll cover trade counter sales duties, processing orders and arranging deliveries.
You'll interact with customers and suppliers on a daily basis and ensure that the best service is always demonstrated to them.

  • Get to know our product lines so you can offer advice and help to customers, making the most of all customer interactions
  • Process customer orders at the trade counter and sales office, arrange deliveries and update customers on their orders
  • Help to prepare customer orders in our warehouse in a timely manner
  • Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products and carry out regular stock counts
  • Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers
  • Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and your team safe at work

Required Skills And Experience

  • Previous industry experience preferred
  • Experience in a busy Trade Counter environment is essential
  • Stellar communication and people skills
  • IT literate
