Are you a highly driven, technically-minded leader passionate about guiding major enterprise clients through their digital transformation journey? Entrust is seeking a
Senior Customer Success Manager (Sr. CSM)
to be the pivotal force in our core Account Teams, ensuring our named customers realize maximum value from their investment in our identity, secure payments, and digital security solutions.

You won't just manage accounts—you'll own the customer's success story. As a strategic partner and customer advocate, you will align all Entrust teams to deliver tangible business outcomes and foster deep, long-lasting, and referenceable customer relationships.

What You'll Do: Core Responsibilities

Responsibilities
As a Sr. CSM, you will act as the trusted advisor, orchestrating resources to drive customer adoption, renewal, and growth. Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Guidance & Advisory: Act as a customer advisor, deeply understanding customer goals and priorities to guide their journey on our solutions for identity, secure payments, and digital security.
  • Customer Health & Adoption: Monitor customer health using data and tools, establishing a regular cadence to ensure the successful adoption of Entrust products and services.
  • Outcome Delivery & Alignment: Meet with internal and external stakeholders to define desired business outcomes. You'll then work backward to align Entrust resources, utilizing tools like value maps, program management (e.g., Asana), and Proof of Concept (POC) engagements to achieve those results.
  • Growth & Renewal Evangelism: Serve as an evangelist for Entrust, actively looking for expansion opportunities, helping secure new deals, and building and tracking joint success plans to ensure successful renewals.
  • Customer Advocacy & Collaboration: Be the voice of the customer within Entrust. Collaborate closely with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering teams to influence our direction and remove friction points, including leading the escalation of critical blockers.
  • Value Elevation: Work to create referenceable customers, escalating their success through case studies, blog posts, customer roundtables, and presentations.
  • Oversight & Risk Mitigation: Maintain awareness and oversight of all Professional Services and Partner delivery, tracking customer initiatives to anticipate and mitigate risk.

What You'll Bring: Qualifications

Basic Requirements

  • Experience: years of experience in enterprise IT, specifically in a customer-facing role such as a vendor, partner, consultant, or managing technical programs/customer success.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, including experience with jointly agreed upon success plans.
  • Travel: Ability to travel as needed.
  • Work Authorization: Must be able to lawfully work within the UK and have unrestricted work authorization for the UK.

Preferred Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with executive-level communication skills and operational excellence:

  • Technical Acumen: Strong background in enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), and security. Experience with PKI, data encryption, multi-cloud security, identity and access management, and establishing a Zero Trust approach is highly valued.
  • Certifications: Technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) or security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a significant plus.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to be a strategic thought leader and trusted advisor to customers, including the C-level.
  • Operational Excellence: Experience leading through ambiguity, working effectively in matrixed global environments, and gaining stakeholder buy-in.
  • Methodologies: Experience with CRM ) and strong project management skills (PMP and/or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certified).
