About the role:

Experienced amhp to manage small professional team of experienced amhps and mental health social workers who are in training for the amhp qualification. Very supportive team and management structure. Focus on professional responsibility and care coordination and undertaking statutory duties as part of the amhp role. Flexible working with hybrid working from multiple bases including home.

About you:

  • Qualified social worker or allied professional
  • Amhp qualification
  • Passion for citizen empowerment and person centred practice
  • Delivering strengths based services and working towards prevention

What you will do:

  • Manage a small social care team of workers including amhps
  • Be responsible for work flow
  • Managing and supporting staff
  • Undertaking amhp role
  • Ensuring strengths based practice

This position has a requirement for an Enhanced DBS Check

Service: Adult Social Care

Salary: Grade 12 Point 33 to Point 35 £44,075 to £46,142 per annum £22.84 to £23.91 per hour
