Director Restructuring

An established advisory practice is seeking a Business Restructuring Director to support a growing portfolio This position sits within a well recognised London based restructuring team that focuses on strategic support, Insolvency and Restructuring.
The successful candidate will contribute to a wide range of assignments including contingency planning, operational improvement, financial review and stakeholder management. The team's work spans defined project engagements and broader strategic initiatives, offering consistent exposure to senior decision makers and complex commercial situations.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and deliver restructuring, insolvency and advisory engagements with a focus on clarity, quality and timely execution
• Work closely with clients to understand their goals and challenges, ensuring recommendations are grounded in a sound understanding of their business
• Collaborate with internal teams whilst taking ownership of mandates
• Identify opportunities to enhance internal delivery methods and broaden the range of services offered
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to senior stakeholders
Key Requirements
• A recognised professional qualification such as ICAEW or ACCA
• Experience in restructuring or insolvency, with contingency planning experience considered beneficial though not essential
• Up to date knowledge of relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
• Strong capability with Microsoft tools, particularly Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication and collaboration with colleagues and client teams
