ROLE PROFILE:
As part of our high-performing Content Infrastructure team, you'll help us build brilliant digital experiences across all internal communications and the channels we own. Your ability to interpret and apply data and analytics to deliver your work and support the team is crucial.

ROLE SUMMARY:
As the product lead for Vehicles you will be at the heart of several exciting Operational Database transformation programmes crafting and collaborating to achieve optimised approaches for handling the intersection between Real-time and Reference data-sets. This role is at the core of many dependencies for Content Operations to ensure a complete integration of data central to the products by building the interfaces used to manage Vehicles and RICs. You will be working on core LMP adoption strategy and critical to the success of key business outcomes.

To be successful in this role you must be able to generate strong collaboration across the entire organisation, communicate clearly and explain sophisticated concepts simply to guide all partner functions about the work you are leading. Inside this role you will be encouraged to take difficult decisions to choose the most appropriate course of action when no conclusive answer exists, while inclusively advising business domains how to adapt and adopt those decisions into their space. A successful candidate would need to be self-motivated and be able to highlight experiences that showcase their ability to lead change successfully.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Plan and implement prioritised roadmap to deliver Vehicle Mastering
  • Contribute to the develop and adoption of strategic DBoR plans
  • Support the adoption of future regulatory changes affecting the management of Vehicle data
  • Champion into the business Vehicle PermID adoption and integration
  • Working with Development and Engineering teams to write, validate and test customized functions to manage Vehicle data
  • Working with other programmes in place at the time to harmonise into single standard approaches the methods for gathering and processing data
  • Training, teaching and mentoring others in the new world how to accomplish their goals successfully
  • Where relevant supporting the adoption of AI solutions and LMP objectives for data management.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Logical thinking and strong understanding of develop principles
  • Understanding of development strategies and methods of working such as Agile
  • Excellent knowledge about real-time and reference infrastructure and data flows
  • Ability to understand, build and translate concepts into tangible outcomes
  • Practical skills to analyse data and present information in the most appropriate way to explain and influence others.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with proven practical outcomes at a senior level
  • Highly determined and self motivated

WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN:

Compensation Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between zł189,500 - zł315,900. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan ("bonus plan"). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
