About The Role
As a locum Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, you'll provide expert care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.

Ad hoc weekends over the next 6 months. 08:00 - 17:00 - Both Saturday and Sunday.

9 patients per session, all day clinic 18 patients.

There will be nursing support and reception cover on-site.

Depending on skills potentially diagnostic hysteroscopy, but predominately it will just pure outpatient appointments.

Follow up and results will sit with the agency consultant, any patients requiring surgery will be sent to MDT for discussion and listed with substantive team member.

Responsibilities

• Supporting junior doctors and clinical staff
• Contributing to service development and audits

Essential
What We're Looking For

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
• A current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check or PVG check - or a willingness to undergo one as part of the registration process
• UK Right to Work
• Strong communication and teamworking skills

Desirable

• CCT in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (or within 6 months of achieving it)
