Overview

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Beautician to become part of our energetic team. The right candidate will be experienced in a variety of beauty treatments and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires attention to detail, a warm personality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced salon environment. Duties

  • Provide comprehensive beauty services, including nails, waxing, massage, eyelash extensions, and a wide range of facial treatments. We are also looking to hire skilled Laser Therapists.
  • Recommend suitable treatments and products based on client need
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Stay updated on beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge
  • Ensure a relaxing and comfortable experience for all clients
  • Uphold salon standards for customer service and professionalism
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment areas and equipment
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage guest relations effectively.
  • Experience in deep tissue massage is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
  • A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to continuous learning.

Good to have

  • Trained in massage treatments such as lymphatic drainage and traditional Japanese Kobido facial massage
