As a Lounge Waiter, you will create a warm and seamless dining experience for our guests in the Lounge, combining knowledge, attentiveness and genuine hospitality. From greeting guests to delivering service with precision and care, you will embody Nobu's crafted approach and ensure each moment reflects our signature balance of Japanese minimalism and London energy.

You will

• Create exceptional dining experiences for our guests in the Lounge
• Greet guests warmly and communicate effectively to ensure seamless service
• Demonstrate full knowledge of our food and drink menus, including allergens and dietary requirements
• Explain Nobu's food and beverage concepts confidently and accurately
• Anticipate guest needs and provide crafted, personalised recommendations
• Take and deliver orders precisely, coordinating efficiently with the kitchen and bar teams
• Prepare tables and service stations to the highest standards before and during service
• Carry trays, plates and glassware safely and with confidence
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation, reporting any issues promptly
• Handle payments accurately and ensure tables are closed correctly
• Empower yourself to make decisions that enhance the guest experience and resolve concerns professionally
• Support and train new team members, helping them feel welcome and confident
• Attend briefings and meetings, sharing ideas to continually elevate the guest journey
• Uphold health, safety and company standards at all times

You bring experience in a guest-facing hospitality role, ideally within a luxury restaurant or hotel environment. You are confident, professional and guest-focused, with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. With excellent communication and organisational skills, you thrive in a collaborative team and take pride in service that feels effortless and genuine.
