We are looking for a team of experienced staff to welcome customers into our store and give them the customer service that our product range deserves

If you have worked in food-retail/delicatessens/coffee shops or even restaurants in the past and have a real passion for food and great customer service, have a look at the details below and send over your information.

Important: Applicants must be local to the Weybridge area or be willing to reliably travel to Valentina, 2–4 Church Street, Weybridge, KT13 8DX for all scheduled shifts.

Our Retail Assistants must:

  • Have a proven history of delivering outstanding service in a similar, fast-paced environment.
  • Have 2 or more years' experience in a similar role.
  • Have exceptional communication skills.
  • Be passionate, friendly and proud of the food and drink that we sell.
  • Have a welcoming and friendly approach, able to connect well with our customers.
  • Have barista skills (not essential)
  • Be able and willing to work effectively as part of a team whilst maintaining our standard of service at all times and ensuring our guests are the priority.
  • Be eligible to work full time in the UK.
  • Make sure that our standard of service remains high at all times, look after guests whilst being fast, friendly and knowledgeable.

Part time positions available, pro rata.

In return, we will provide in-depth, on the job training allowing you to excel in your role with the view to progress within the company and develop your career.
