The Raffle Co. is an exciting, fast-growing online raffle business backed by the same directors behind one of the UK's leading car sourcing Specialists. The Raffle Co will specialise in high-value prize giveaways, draws and engaging digital content.

We're expanding our team and looking for a confident, creative individual who LOVES being on camera, has strong social media instincts, and can help take our online presence to the next level.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Content Creator & Social Media Manager to become the face of our brand online. You will create engaging content, present in front of the camera, plan and execute content strategies, and manage our Instagram and website backend.

This is a high-energy role perfect for someone who's confident, organised, and passionate about digital content and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Appear confidently on camera in videos, reels, live draws, and promotional content.
  • Plan, script, and film engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Manage daily posting, stories, community engagement, and DMs on our Instagram.
  • Work alongside our directors to plan weekly and monthly content calendars.
  • Upload and manage new competitions, updates, and winners on our website backend.
  • Track content performance and suggest ideas to grow reach, engagement, and sales.
  • Collaborate with the car group when joint content is required.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and personality.

Skills & Experience

Required:

  • Confident on camera – natural presenter energy.
  • Experience with content creation (filming, reels, TikTok-style content).
  • Good understanding of Instagram trends and engagement strategies.
  • Organised and able to plan/execute content schedules.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of website backend systems (training provided).

Preferred:

  • Previous experience with a brand, social media account, or content role.
  • Basic photo/video editing skills (CapCut, PremiereRush, Canva, etc.).
  • Interest in cars, prizes, or entertainment content (bonus but not required).
