Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Artist at Westman Atelier, located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Retail Artist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating and selling Westman Atelier products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include applying makeup, advising customers on skincare and makeup products, conducting product presentations, and maintaining the retail space. The Retail Artist will also be required to stay updated on product knowledge, attend training sessions, and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Makeup Application, Skincare Advisory, and Product Demonstration skills
  • Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Knowledge of Clean Beauty Standards and Non-Toxic Ingredients
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry is beneficial
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
