The Role

We're looking for a Fashion PR Manager to join our growing team and lead standout communications across our fashion portfolio. You'll play a key role in developing and delivering PR strategies that drive meaningful media coverage, build brand reputation, and create cultural moments.

You'll bring both creativity and commercial acumen - crafting compelling stories, cultivating media and influencer relationships, and managing activations and events that leave an impact.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and deliver innovative PR strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Build and maintain strong journalist and influencer relationships across fashion, lifestyle, and digital media.
  • Secure consistent, high-quality press coverage across print, online, and broadcast platforms.
  • Oversee press materials, event planning, and campaign activations.
  • Write creative, on-brand copy for press releases, social content, and thought leadership.
  • Track performance and deliver insightful client reports.
  • Collaborate with the wider agency team to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, encouraging creativity and excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years' experience in fashion PR, social media, influencer relations, and events.
  • A strong network of media and influencer contacts.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Deep understanding of the fashion landscape and what makes stories land.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and confident working across multiple projects.
  • A collaborative team player with energy, initiative, and passion for communications.
