As part of our commitment to respond quickly to the needs of our students, we are seeking motivated and knowledgeable professionals to join our bank of temporary lecturing staff in Painting & Decorating and Brickwork.

Previous teaching or lecturing experience is desirable; however, if you are new to teaching, we will support you in making this exciting career change.
As a Bank Lecturer, you will:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching and learning in your specialist area.
- Prepare lessons, assess student work, and provide academic support.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
- Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes.
- Support students to achieve their full potential in a safe and inclusive learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Minimum SCQF Level 7 (e.g., Advanced Craft Certificate) in a relevant subject.
- Experience: Significant commercial or industrial experience in Painting & Decorating or Brickwork.
- Skills: Strong communication and organisational skills, with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Desirable: SCQF Level 8 (e.g., HND), teacher training, and previous teaching experience.
Successful candidates should be prepared to work towards a professional teaching qualification.
