We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional customer experience by preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils, in compliance with food safety standards.
  • Assist with food preparation, ensuring that all items are fresh and presented attractively.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accurate accounting of sales.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance barista skills and knowledge of menu items.

Experience

  • Previous barista experience is highly desirable but not essential; we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices is crucial to maintain high hygiene standards.
  • Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
  • Basic math skills are required for handling transactions and managing cash flow.
