Summary

We're looking for a team of friendly, energetic Barista's to join our team. You'll be the face of the shop, crafting great coffee, delivering warm guest service, and helping maintain the smooth running of the store. If you're passionate about Speciality coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare all hot and cold drinks to brand standards
  • Provide exceptional guest service with a warm, welcoming attitude
  • Take customer orders efficiently and handle payments accurately
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness across the counter, coffee machine, and seating areas
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
  • Restock displays, fridges, and retail areas
  • Support with opening and closing tasks
  • Work as part of a team to keep service quick, smooth, and friendly
  • Promote seasonal drinks, food items, and upsell where appropriate

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in specialty coffee is ideal (but not essential, we'll provide full training).
  • A genuine passion for coffee, people, and great service.
  • Attention to detail and pride in presentation.
  • Ability to stay calm and upbeat during busy periods.
  • A team player who's reliable, flexible, and eager to learn.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required
