We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as a Housing Manager. This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role comes with Agile Working and Flexible Working will be considered.

The successful candidate can be based in any Flagship Housing office, whichever is closest to their home address. We have offices in the following locations: Norwich, Melton / Woodbridge, East Dereham & Bury St. Edmunds.

As a Housing Manager, you will lead and a develop a team and support the Head of Housing to deliver our housing strategy and our vision, Housing Made Simple. You'll be the subject matter expert for your service area ensuring the function meets all regulatory and legislative requirements.

Taking a coaching approach to empower your team to deliver an outstanding housing management service to our customers. You'll support the team to resolve complex enquiries. Whilst encouraging your team to be autonomous and to be confident in their decision-making, driven by doing the right thing for our customers and our business.

You'll support your manager to lead on our vision, Housing Made Simple, to make it as easy as possible for customers to rent their homes whilst ensuring we are compliant with the law, legislation, and Bromford Flagship's policies and procedures.

Applications are welcomed for the role of Housing Manager from those with previous experience of leading and developing a team, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge, and resources to carry out their roles.

With extensive housing management experience, in social housing. You will need demonstrable experience of continuous improvement, shaping the future direction of the team and wider business. As well as being able to analyse and interpret data to understand and improve performance.

Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, with a CIH 4 - Housing Qualification or be willing to study towards it. You will also require a full valid Driving Licence.
