Duties

• Provide high-quality barbering services, including haircuts, styling, and grooming tailored to individual client preferences
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Offer personalised advice on haircare and styling options to clients
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and optimise client flow
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and sterilised after each use

Qualifications

• Proven experience in barbering or hair styling, with a portfolio of work if applicable
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with clients of diverse backgrounds
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of current hair styling trends and techniques
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Organised, punctual, and professional demeanour
• Certification or qualification in barbering or hairdressing is preferred but not essential for experienced candidates

Pay: £21,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
