About the role:

Are you passionate about fashion production and looking for an exciting opportunity in the heart of London? At NEXT we are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and communicative Shoot Assistant to join our Brand Marketing team at our Alfred Place office.
As a Shoot Assistant, you'll be an essential part of the Bookings Team, providing crucial support in the coordination of talent and logistics for a wide variety of photo shoots, including online, campaign, and brand content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Shoot Producers with essential administration, including processing confirmations, creating call sheets, and booking travel for crew.
  • Take responsibility for organising and coordinating National and International photoshoots for Brand, Retail Stores, and Online content.
  • Actively look for, source, and manage new talent and crew, and help find exciting new locations.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with talent agents.
  • Maintain and keep the crew database and all internal decks up to date.
  • Ensure all work is executed within tight timescales and set budgets.
     

About you:

  • A strong communicator with the proven ability to liaise effectively with diverse people, both internally and externally.
  • Previous experience working within a production or creative environment
  • A team player who is super organised and can flourish in a busy setting.
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to working across multiple different shoots and brands simultaneously.
  • A desire to quickly grasp and understand the NEXT brand image and our brands.
  • A keen interest in fashion and the wider fashion industry
