Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, and implement care for clients with mental health issues.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
