We are looking for a Support worker to join our Services in Magheramason, Derry, Londonderry BT47,

What you'll be doing:
- Supporting individuals with a learning disability/autism and behaviours that challenge within their own homes on a 2:1 basis 24/7
- You will support the residents with all aspects of daily living, personal care, and community participation.
- Working to maintain a high level of support that's required for the service needs.
- participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
- Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills
- Supporting Male and Female
