We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a flair for hospitality to join us at D'Arcy's Wine Bar. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a wine bar or pub setting along with cocktail making and a passion for wine would be a welcome addition. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment which demands strong multi-tasking skills, creativity and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

· Serving and preparing drinks

· Preparing and serving cocktails

· Interacting with customers to take and serve orders efficiently

· Maintaining the bar to a high level of cleanliness

Essential Skills and Experience

· Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers and cocktail recipes

· Ability to create both classic and signature cocktails

· Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner

· Ability to multitask under pressure during busy periods

· Focus on presentation, correct measurements and flavour balance

· Ability to work well with other team members

Salary - £15 ph (including share of service charges)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 18 per week
