Corporate Receptionist Part Time

Accelerate Facilities are hiring a part time Corporate Receptionist, based at our client site EC1A. As the Corporate Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients at our office, creating a positive and professional first impression. You will support the office operations by managing phone systems, greeting visitors, and handling administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and forward calls to the appropriate department.
- Manage office bookings, including meeting room reservations and guest lists.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Coordinate with facilities and office management for any office-related issues.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with basic office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Perform any other duties as required to support the office environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional phone manner and ability to handle high volumes of calls.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on teamwork.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to varying office needs.
Additional Information:
- This role is part time and is on flexible basis with shift pattern agreed with line manager on a weekly or two weekly basis.
This role is 4 hours per day, 4 days per week (Mon - Fri).
ROP: £14.25 p/h
