Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…
Reporting to
Chief Commerical Officer
, you will be expected to drive growth in the guest and public Wi-Fi sectors, focusing on selling SaaS-based connectivity solutions such as Wi-Fi management platforms, captive portals, and Passpoint to global brands across transportation, retail, hospitality, and education. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B tech sales, particularly in networking or telecommunications, and will be responsible for business development, partner management, and translating technical offerings into commercial value. The position involves global travel and collaboration with service providers and integrators to deliver tailored Wi-Fi experiences.

What You Will Do…

  • Drive new business development and grow sales across the Transportation, Retail, Hospitality, and Education sectors.
  • Identify, engage, and close opportunities through channel partners, service providers, MSPs, and OEMs.
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies to increase market share and brand presence globally.
  • Engage directly with clients and partners to understand technical and commercial needs for Wi-Fi and connectivity solutions.
  • Act as the link between customers and internal technical teams to ensure tailored, compliant, and value-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, integrators, and connectivity providers to accelerate sales cycles.
  • Represent the company at industry events to strengthen visibility and partnerships within the connectivity ecosystem.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and product development.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective account planning, pipeline management, and deal structuring.

What We Expect From You...

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years of success in selling SaaS or network-based solutions, ideally within transportation, retail, hospitality, or education sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of guest/public Wi-Fi, captive portals, Passpoint, content filtering, and digital engagement platforms.
  • Technical & Commercial Acumen: Ability to translate complex technical offerings into clear business value for both partners and end customers.
  • Relationship Builder: Existing network of contacts within service providers, MSPs, OEMs, and system integrators to help fast-track opportunities.
  • Strategic Thinker: Skilled in developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, especially when engaging with C-level stakeholders.
  • Adaptability & Drive: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, global environment.
  • Mobility: Based in UK/EMEA with the flexibility and willingness to travel internationally as needed.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or a related field.
