About the Role

A high-growth organisation backed by a leading
Private Equity fund
is entering a critical phase as it prepares for an
exit process
. The business is seeking a technically strong and analytically minded
FP&A Analyst
to support the finance and corporate development teams throughout this transaction.

This role is ideal for an ACA-qualified finance professional with a
Transaction Services/Deals
background who has been involved in
carve-outs, exits, or sale processes
, and who wants to step into a commercial, hands-on position within industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the business through exit readiness and the PE sale process.
  • Prepare and analyse financial data, performance packs, and transaction-specific reporting.
  • Assist with building and reviewing financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
  • Work closely with external advisors and internal senior stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the development of materials for investors and due diligence providers.
  • Contribute to carve-out analysis, deal preparation, and other transactional workstreams.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and insight to support decision-making throughout the exit timeline.

Candidate Profile

  • ACA qualified
    accountant.
  • 2–4 years out of practice
    , ideally within FP&A, commercial finance, or a transaction-focused role.
  • Strong background in
    Transaction Services, Deals, Corporate Finance, or M&A
    .
  • Experience working on
    exits, carve-outs, disposals, or vendor/sell-side processes
    .
  • Sector is
    agnostic
    —experience across any industry is welcome.
  • Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders and advisors.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.
  • Able to be
    London-based 3 days per week
