About Roll Boys

Roll Boys is an independent, fast-growing bakery brand based in East London — known for our handcrafted cinnamon rolls and strong community following. We trade weekends at our Shoreditch residency and are looking for a dependable logistics driver to support our weekly operations by transporting goods between our Production Kitchen (Bethnal Green) and our Residency Site (Shoreditch).

The Role

We're looking for a reliable, professional man-with-a-van who can handle weekly evening delivery runs for our bakery. You'll play a key role in ensuring our setup runs smoothly and our products arrive safely and on time.

Responsibilities

Friday Evenings (6:00pm)

  • Collect goods and equipment from our Production Kitchen Bethnal Green, E2 9DT
  • Load van with all equipment necessary for our Weekend Residency
  • Deliver to Commercial St, E1 6BJ
  • Assist with unloading and organising setup on-site

Sunday Evenings (5:30/6:00pm)

  • Return to residency site to collect empty crates and equipment
  • Deliver back to production kitchen
  • Organise storage area neatly upon return

Requirements

  • Must own a clean and reliable van (large size preferred)
  • Comfortable lifting and handling food containers and trays
  • Available Friday and Sunday evenings each week
  • Good communication skills and punctuality
  • Goods-in-transit insurance preferred (or confirmation of secure transport)
  • Must be self-employed or able to invoice
