The role

Are you a hands-on maintenance leader with a passion for driving performance, reliability, and continuous improvement? Join VEKA Group, a global leader in PVCu window profile manufacturing, and play a key role in shaping the future of our asset care and maintenance operations.

As Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the maintenance function across our site — ensuring plant reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. You'll inspire and develop a talented team, manage CAPEX projects, and work closely with site leadership and group engineering teams to deliver lasting improvements.

What you'll do
  • Develop and deliver preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all plant equipment
  • Maximize equipment performance, reliability, and lifecycle
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with safety and company standards
  • Drive energy efficiency and support group sustainability goals
  • Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage CAPEX projects from planning to delivery, on time and within budget
  • Use SAP PM to track KPIs and make data-driven decisions
  • Build and lead a high-performing maintenance team through coaching, mentoring, and clear goal setting
  • Foster a culture of ownership, safety, and innovation
