Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring a high standard of service throughout their dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and have experience in catering, serving, and food preparation within a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as required, maintaining cleanliness in all areas.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes served.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming for guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organised front of house area, including dining tables, barista stations, and waiting areas.
  • Support catering events by setting up and breaking down service areas as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
  • Experience in catering or barista roles would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
