Role requirements 

At Long-Term Teachers we look for candidates who are able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and have necessary experience in SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant roles and/or pastoral care. It is extremely important candidates who apply for this role have knowledge of behavioural management and any other additional SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant requirements.
