About The Role
Are you looking for a global role to accelerate your growth and development? We have an exciting opportunity for you to explore.

The role reports into our Head of QSC and Procurement Finance and will work closely with QSC and Strategy leaders and respective project teams across Haleon. The scope of this role includes financial modelling, decision support,

restructuring support, process simplification, financial management and governance.

The Finance Director will demonstrate experience of working in a global setting, with strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supply costs. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, clear strategic thinking, rigorous financial analysis and be able to partner with senior stakeholders across both Supply Chain and Finance teams.

This is a hands-on role, that is required to give finance support and guidance on key supply chain projects and initiatives, to help drive delivery at pace and to manage programme costs and risks effectively. In addition, you will have the opportunity to shape and develop finance business partnering for key Supply Chain functions.

Job Description
Key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Provide finance partnering to the network strategy team and other strategic QSC initiatives
  • Develop, assess and lead financial business/value case modelling, tracking and delivery for network transformation projects.
  • Lead a team of three QSC Business Partners and build partnering capabilities across key QSC investment decisions including Capital Investment, Quality and Technical functions.
  • Build collaborative and trusted working relationships within key stakeholders in the function and across regional finance teams, ensuring alignment of business case impacts. Use strong interpersonal skills to drive for aligned decision making on key projects.
  • Partner with the project team to provide challenge and support to investment appraisal assumptions for complex, multiyear projects.
  • Provide analysis and delivery of insight that links the QSC investment programme to wider business strategy.
  • Lead risk management and sensitivity analysis for key investment projects.
  • Set up regular reporting and tracking process across the network transformation program and ensure robust financial analysis, processes and framework to track and deliver savings.

Requirements/Qualifications
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • MBA or Accounting qualification (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent)

Requirements

  • Experience in financial partnering roles in a complex multinational environment
  • Strong understanding of Manufacturing/Supply Chain Finance and site/factory financial models
  • Experience of managing business cases for complex change projects
  • Significate experience in finance business partnering with senior business stakeholders.
  • Experience from working in a global organization across a matrix environment with cross functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to build relationships, and influence at the highest level of the business and think strategically.
  • Strong communicator with experience working in English speaking organizations
  • Ability to challenge senior stakeholders and ask the right questions to achieve the optimal outcome
  • Strong Excel/System and data analytic skills
