The Role: Business Development Officer.
We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented Business Development Officer to help expand our client base. This is a ground-floor opportunity to work directly with the founder and play a key role in our growth.
This is a flexible, 100% remote, commission-only role — ideal for confident self-starters.
Role Responsibilities
- Research: Identify potential new clients (small businesses, startups, and agencies) in the UK.
- Outreach: Initiate contact via LinkedIn, email, or phone to introduce Staffique's services.
- Lead Gen: Generate and qualify leads, booking discovery calls with the founder.
- Closing: Follow up with potential clients to support the deal closure process.
- Strategy: Contribute ideas to improve our overall outreach and sales approach.
- Reporting: Maintain clear records and
report weekly
progress.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (agency or recruitment background a plus).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident using LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools for outreach.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Crucial: UK-based and eligible to work as a freelancer or self-employed contractor.
Compensation & Perks:
- Commission-Based: Earn a generous 5–10% on each successful client contract closed.
