Female Support Workers – Complex Care – Guiseley (LS20)

Earn up to £18.50/hr – Make a real difference every day

We're looking for Full-Time Female Support Workers to join our friendly team in Guiseley, Leeds. You'll be supporting a client with a spinal cord injury and complex medical needs in her own home.

This is a Full Time Waking Night position, you must be flexible to work Waking nights on a rota basis.

This is a rewarding and varied role combining specialist clinical care, personal care (including hair and make-up), and social support — helping our client live life to the fullest.

Pay & Shifts

£17.50 (awake night) - Mon - Fri

£18.50 (awake night) - Sat - Sun

£ Training Rate

Shifts:

  • Waking nights (9pm - 9am)
  • Occasional live-in/live-out cover
  • 24/7 service including bank holidays and Christmas

What You'll Do:

  • Provide complex clinical and personal care
  • Help with hair, make-up and daily routine
  • Support with rehab, appointments, and household tasks
  • Join the client for social activities and holidays
  • Keep clear records and communicate well with the team

About You:

  • Physically and emotionally resilient
  • Detail focused and eager to learn (full training provided)

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving license
  • Non smoker/vaper
  • Willing to have Covid and Flu vaccines when offered to support workers/carers
  • Enhanced DBS (required)
