Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tennis Coach based in Loughborough. The Tennis Coach will be responsible for delivering high-quality tennis instruction to individuals and groups across various skill levels and age categories. Responsibilities include planning and delivering tailored training sessions, fostering a positive and engaging environment, providing feedback to improve players' techniques, and promoting participation to grow the tennis community. The coach will also support administrative tasks related to the training programs when needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tennis Instruction and knowledge of tennis techniques and strategies
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with participants of all ages
• Experience in Customer Service and the ability to foster a positive and welcoming environment
• Demonstrated ability in delivering Training programs and ensuring skill development
• LTA accreditation and valid DBS and first aid certifications
• A passion for teaching tennis and inspiring players of all abilities
