A leading organisation in London is seeking an Infrastructure Programme Manager to accelerate a critical Windows Server migration project, with over 100 servers remaining and a hard deadline approaching. This is a unique opportunity for you to make a significant impact by driving forward both infrastructure services and application-hosted server migrations.

As an Infrastructure Programme Manager based in London, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the completion of a large-scale Windows Server migration initiative. Your day-to-day activities will involve close collaboration with technical experts and senior leaders to ensure seamless coordination between infrastructure services and application-hosted servers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships across teams, facilitating open dialogue about project needs, risks, and solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrable experience managing complex infrastructure life cycle projects at scale within regulated enterprise environments.
  • Windows Server 2012 migration experience.
  • Proven track record of successful delivery in financial services or similarly regulated sectors, with deep understanding of compliance requirements such as SOX.
  • Exceptional communication skills that enable you to connect empathetically with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities or resource constraints while maintaining focus on project objectives.
  • Comfortable balancing programme oversight with hands-on involvement in technical delivery when required.
  • Experience engaging collaboratively with architects, application owners, and technical teams to resolve cross-functional challenges
