We combine legal precision with a commercial, solution-oriented mindset, helping clients navigate rapidly evolving markets in tech, digital infrastructure and emerging technologies.

We're now hiring an Associate to join our Gaming, Technology & Commercial team. You'll work with a diverse, international client base- including tech startups, B2B platforms, gaming operators, fintechs and digital entertainment companies- advising on a range of legal and strategic matters.

What You'll Do


• Advise on M&A, joint ventures, and PE/VC investments and restructuring transactions across the tech, gaming, and entertainment sectors


• Navigate regulatory and licensing frameworks for tech, gaming and digital businesses across multiple jurisdictions


• Draft and negotiate commercial, technology and IP contracts, including licensing, strategic partnerships and franchise agreements


• Support clients with corporate governance, compliance and policy development


• Collaborate on fundraising, international expansion and other cross-border transactions


• Stay ahead of legal trends in tech, gaming and digital ecosystems


• Deliver clear, commercially focused and practical advice to clients

What You'll Bring


• –6 years PQE in commercial, technology, or corporate law (experience in gaming or digital platforms a plus)


• Experience advising technology or digital businesses on commercial or regulatory matters


• Well-developed drafting, negotiation and client-handling skills


• A proactive, curious mindset and interest in tech, digital innovation and emerging business models


• Ability to manage matters independently and work collaboratively
