About the Role
We're looking for a HR Data and Reward Analyst to join our central HR team, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of our central HR and reward analytics. The role will span across all 2SFG divisions and will be key to delivering our people strategy.
You'll work with a variety of HR data sets, pulling and analysing reports on everything from absence management and headcount trends to fulfilling statutory and legal reporting requirements. You'll also support our reward activities by maintaining existing schemes and beginning to explore market trends and future offerings.
Key Responsibilities
* Pull and analyse HR data to identify trends and insights across the Group
* Develop dashboards and visual reports using Power BI and Excel
* Support preparation of high-level board and CFO reports with accurate, high-quality data
* Cleanse and maintain data within internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Collaborate with HR colleagues to fulfil ad hoc and regular reporting requests
* Support reward-related activity, including maintaining existing schemes (e.g. life assurance, private medical) and contributing to market analysis or benchmarking projects
About You
We're looking for someone with strong analytical capability, a passion for data, and a collaborative approach. You'll have an eye for detail, enjoy working with complex information, and be confident translating it into meaningful insights for a range of stakeholders.
Key Skills
Essential:
* Proven experience in an HR Analyst or similar data-driven role
* Strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel (data extraction, manipulation, and analysis)
* High attention to detail with a structured, organised approach to work
* Ability to identify patterns and trends within large data sets
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Desirable:
* Exposure to reward practices or experience managing reward schemes (e.g. life assurance, private medical, or salary review processes)
* Experience contributing to compensation and benefits or benchmarking projects
