Your Role at ON

• I:

Develop and execute software test plans, produce software test repor
- ts.Design, implement, and manage test plans, manual and automated test cases based on product requirements and technical specificatio
- ns.Perform functional, regression, integration, performance and user acceptance testing to identify defects and ensure our products meet high-quality standar
- ds.Lead release testing activit
- iesIdentify and report bugs, and work with the team to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resoluti
- on.Contribute to building/extending test automation framework and tools that integrate our desktop, browser and cloud syste
- ms.Collaborate with product managers to understand requirements and design test cases that adequately test features in a way that is representative of real use cas
- es.Continuously improve QA processes and procedures to enhance overall product quality and team productivi

ty.

Essential skills and qualificati

• ons:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experien
• ce).Minimum of 5 years as a Software Test/QA Engineer or similar role in software developm
• ent.Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing for desktop, browser, and cloud softw
• are.Experience of testing embedded software/hardware in the l
• oop.Experience working in Agile/SCRUM software developm
• ent.Excellent documentation skills - test cases, defect reports, test execution repo
• rts.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to det
• ail.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environm
