Graduate Trainee Program
for recent graduates in the UK. This is a full-time program designed to provide young professionals with hands-on experience and training in the telecom industry.

As a Graduate Trainee at
XAD Technologies LTD
, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies and projects. Our program is structured to provide a well-rounded learning experience, with rotations in different departments and on-the-job training. You will also have access to mentorship and networking opportunities to help you develop your skills and build a strong foundation for your career.

Upon competition of the Graduate Trainee Program Sponsorship (CoS) will be provided to successful candidates.
What You'll Get

  • On-the-job training and rotations in various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business and operations.
  • Theoretical training with understanding and knowledge of telecom industry.
  • Work on real projects and tasks under the guidance of experienced professionals.
  • Telecom Certification from awarding bodies.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate in UK.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and drive results
  • Eligible to work in the UK (PSW Visa Holders)
