As the
Change and Transformation Director
, you'll lead a portfolio of high-impact initiatives across technology, data, operating model, customer experience, and digital innovation—including AI and automation. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple regions to deliver transformation that unlocks growth, enhances customer value, and future-proofs the business.

Experience in leading tech re-platforming is highly advantageous and experience in a regulated industry would be preferential
