- Minimum 3 years' experience in a hospitality supervisor or management role
- Strong skills in team building and motivating staff
- Proven experience in stock control and cash management

What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the General Manager in day to day operations
- Leading shifts and ensuring a high standard of service
- Training and developing team members
